They call her Mysterious Thief Emerald. Her life is anything but ordinary... and a certain keen-eyed detective seems determined to keep it that way!
A love letter to my beloved phantom thief genre (Magic Kaito, Saint Tail, Mysterious Joker, Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne)
The current version is the short story made in three weeks for NaNoRenO, but if there's interest I have an idea for a third main character, more magical shenanigans and up to four possible endings. As is, the game has:
- ~ 3000 words
- 5 CGs
- 3 branching paths (but one ending)
And both main characters can be renamed in the beginning for player amusement.
It's showtime!

This was so much fun! Carol is a really entertaining character and her encounters with Jules were <3. I'm really looking forward to more. This game gets a 10/10 with a gold star!

Just stumbled on this through an indie otome spreadsheet link and I love this! I wish it was a complete story, but I know NaNoRenNo isn't a lot of time. This hits the Magic Kaito/Saint Tail fan in me just right. I hope you expand it.

Just played one of the three branching paths but omg I can feel saint tail and kamikaze kaitou jeanne influence in this game 🙏 love detective or police x phantom thief trope especially when there's intense chasing scene between the two, thank you so much for this game!

I just finished my first playthrough (will be checking out the other two paths very soon) and can I say I loved this short little story?? The MC is adorable and I love the banter she has with the detective chasing her! I absolutely would LOVE to see a longer version of this! Good job on finishing NaNo and making this cute and enjoyable game! It really brought a smile to my face ^^
one of the paths has noticeably more content, hope the other two are entertaining nonetheless!

I loved this, the humor, the art, the getting to name both the main characters! I really hope you make more of this, and if you do I would love to play more of it. I only wish I had more of a following so I could help spread more about this cute, funny, game. Bravo JewelswithWings!
